Where can I find my contract/invoice/questionnaires?
Head to my honeybook portal and enter in your email address and password. From there you will find your project. Under the files tab you will be able to access your contract + invoice, any questionnaires.
How can I view my payments?
Head to my honeybook portal and enter in your email address and password. From there you will find your project. Under the files tab you will be able to access your invoice to see what payments have been made and what is left.
What kind of response time should I expect while you’re on leave?
You can expect a response from me within 5-7 business days. If you need a quicker response, please put the subject line as: “Needs Attn,” and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
What are the timeframes for gallery delivery?
For an engagement session gallery, + family session gallery, you will receive you gallery within 4-5 weeks from your session date. For a wedding gallery you will receive your gallery within 10-20 weeks from your wedding date.
